Big Eddy Campground

    Big Eddy Campground is one of four campgrounds that lie along State Highway 55, on the North Fork of the Payette River between Banks and Smiths Ferry. The campground has four units, three of which can accommodate a recreational vehicle up to 30 feet long.  

Prices:
    $15 per night
    $5 per extra vehicle
    $8 for day use
   
Reservations: This campground is first come, first served. No sites can be reserved. Nearby Swinging Bridge Campground does have several sites available for reservation.

Directions: From Boise, drive 44 miles north on Idaho State Road 55 to the campground. It is nine miles north of Banks, Idaho. Click here for a map.

Amenities: Vault toilet. No drinking water.  

Open dates: May 16-Sept. 7.

Nearby: Fishing in the Payette River, along with hunting and hiking are available nearby.
