Highway Springs campground consists of an upper and lower loop to this site. A total of 12 campsites are located at this campground. The elevation is 8,360 ft. One of the loops sits up on a little knoll and the other sits down behind a hillside away from the highway. There are some trees in the campground although it is not densely forested.

    $20 per night

    $10 for day use

Directions: Highway Springs Campground is located in Rio Grande County, approximately 5 miles south of South Fork, Colorado on Highway 160. The site sits immediately off of Hwy 160. See map below.

 

Amenities: Toilets and garbage service. No drinking water is available - please bring your own.

 

Open dates: Friday before Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.
