Get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, come spend some time in the cool pines along the banks of the Conejos River.
Conejos Campground is located just up the road from Spectacle Lake (between Antonito, CO and Chama, NM in the Rio Grande National Forest). It has 15 sites, six are located by the river. There is potable water, new fire rings and new tables.
Come and enjoy the cool mountain air, warm days, relax and enjoy the wildlife – deer, elk, the antics of the chipmunks and several species of birds. There are several hiking trails if that suits your fancy.
