Angel Creek Campground is located just south of I-80, near Wells, Nevada, on the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. Come see (and hear) the wild turkeys, wild horses, and a varied bird population.
Located on the grassy foothill of the East Humboldt Mountain Range, mature aspens offer partial shade, and summer wildflowers dot the area. Beautiful Angel Lake is just four miles away, with canoeing, hiking, and rainbow and brook trout fishing.
In addition to the single sites, a group area is also available. You can reserve your spot on recreation.gov. More information is available on Angel Creek’s page.
